Oral and Poster Presentation
- Abstracts can only be accepted electronically through the online system.
- Abstracts must be submitted in both Turkish and English. If not Turkish, abstract in English is also acceptable. Heading must be clear and must not be more than 10 words.
- Papers must include the names, surnames and institution of the authors.
- Presenters of abstract must mark their names, surnames and titles (if they have).
Abstracts should contain;
a) purpose,
b) material and methods,
c) conclusion (it must contain numerical and/or statistical data)
d) results.
- Text of the abstracts must not exceed 250 words.
- Please take a copy of your accepted paper and keep it.
- Poster’s sizes will be of 70 cm width and 90 cm height. Poster has to readable 1 m.distance.
- Abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific and advisory committee . Acceptance notifications of the oral presentations will be sent until 15 April 2008 .
- Submission deadline is March 24,2008 . Presenters have to register to the congress till 24 March 2008 for consideration of their abstracts. No abstact will be accepted after this date
- Poster presentation area will be open between 09:00-18:00 during congress period. .
- Abstracts sent by, fax or post will not be accepted.
