Registration and Information Desk: Registration and information desks open 06-09 May 2008, between 08:30 -18:00.
Badges: All participant and accompanying person has to wear their badges at congress venue, scientific sessions, exhibition, poster area and other social programme .
Tubitak Supporting: Younger than 35, student of medicine, graduate and doctorate students whose working at biology discipline has to complete their pre-condition for presenting oral /written paper to congress.
Stand & Exhibition: All exhibitors display their products from their exhibition space. Exhibition areas open during congress Schedule.
Invitation Letter: Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to attend the congress can write to the Organizing Secretariat. This procedure is designated to assist participants to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting and does not apply to registration fees or other expenses.
Certificate of attendance: An official " Certificate of Attendance" will be provided for all registered delegates at the last day of congress from registration desk.
Transfer: Airport/bus terminal/ports; Çanakkale city center, Gelibolu, Eceebat/Yenikapı-Bandırma ferry/boat .Please fill the transfer form completely.
Language: Congress language is Turkish .Foreign invited speakers lectures will run in English .
